The house was restored in 2008, has a floor area of about 300 sq.mt. and is set out on two floors. Here’s the layout:

The Guest Houses:
The guest house (approx. 160 sq.mt) was restored in 2012 and is divided into 3 self-contained apartments, each of them composed of a kitchen with dining area, bedroom and bathroom.
The house is surrounded by a garden of about 0.6acres. The beautiful salt-water pool (11×5.5) is between the main house and the guest-house.
Each building is provided with its own electricity, water and heating (LPG gas) supply. Satellite TV and WiFi connected.
The farmhouse is situated between Comunanza and Force, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, and it is only about 2.5 km away from both villages. On your bike, at least one way from each village will always be downhill!
If you fancy a seafood lunch, Pedaso beach is less than 40 km away. 80 minutes away from Ancona airport which has Ryanair flights from London.
The property enjoys beautiful panoramic views of the Aso valley and the Sibillini Mountains. Both the house and the guest-house have been beautifully restored, combining the original feautures of rural architecture with every kind of modern comfort.
